Requirements

Create a Group and a Group Roster

Create a Group
Create a group for your guild/friends (found under your profile image). Give people the Admin role to manage the Setup tab + manage your Roster, and the Edit rank to edit healing cooldowns. View only users can access and view everything except the Roster page.

Navigate to the Roster page (found in the top bar) to manage your rosters.

Resets & Setups

Create a New Reset

In the left sidebar, click "Add Reset" to create a new reset. Or click duplicate on a previous reset to make a new iteration of that reset.

In the reset, you can manage your Setups for the week.

You can create multiple Setups for a reset by adding a new Setup tab at the top. Each Setup can be used as a new raid night or a new split run, that's up to you. Edit their name so your raiders know what they are.

Setups

The Setup is used to show who in your Roster is in or out on a boss. You can also link a Healing and Raid Assignment note to the Setup and copy them directly from the Setup page!

Link Assignments to a Setup
Clicking 'AS' in a boss column allows you to link an Assignment page to a Setup. This will use the boss setup as the roster for that Assignment. Allowing you to quickly see what changed since last week and modify your assignments with this week's Setup.

Cooldown pages do not (yet) use the Setup roster.

Tip: Click a player name to assign them in on all bosses. Or try Shift-clicking two names and pressing Spacebar to toggle a highlight of players.

Update Roster

Update Roster will fetch changes from your Roster page. Be aware that if you added players to the Setup page that aren't in your Roster page, they will be removed.
