The Roster Report reads your whole guild's raid readiness, one row per character: item level, enchants and gems, Mythic+ progress, raid kills and lockouts, attendance, and more. Pick a place under Roster Report in the sidebar for the question you have.
Reading the Report
Assign characters to roster members
The report reads the guild characters you have assigned to roster members. If it looks empty, assign characters first in the Roster section.
Pick a place
Each place answers one question, listed below. Inside a place, pick the view you want: every view shows the same roster with the same filters.
Filter and sort
Narrow the roster with the filters, then click any column header to sort by it.
What Each Place Shows
OverviewWho is ready for raid night?
Open in your group- Summary
- One row per character: item level, Mythic+ rating, this week's keys, raid progress, and missing enchants and gems.
- Vault
- Each character's Great Vault this week: the real items with the addon, a Mythic+ estimate without it.
- Custom
- A dashboard of tables, leaderboards and stat cards that your admins put together.
GearWhose gear needs work?
Open in your group- Gear Overview
- Every slot of every character by item level, so a slot someone forgot stands out.
- Gear Upgrades
- How many upgrade steps each item has left, by track.
- Enchants & Gems
- Missing enchants and empty sockets, slot by slot.
RaidsWho has killed what, and who showed up?
Open in your group- Raid
- Boss kills this season on each difficulty. Pick a week to see who is still unsaved on which boss, one difficulty at a time (needs the addon).
- Raid History
- Lifetime Cutting Edge and Ahead of the Curve, and when each one was earned.
- Attendance
- Each raid night from your Warcraft Logs: the pulls every member was there for, and no-shows against signups.
M+Who is running keys?
Open in your group- Season
- Season rating, best key per dungeon, and this week's keys.
- Weekly
- Runs in every finished week of the season, newest first (needs the addon). A dash means no change was seen that week.
DataWhat is everyone holding, and how current is it?
Open in your group- Economy
- Crests and Sparks each character holds, and vaults nobody has opened yet (needs the addon).
- Addon
- How current each character's addon data is.
- Data
- How current gear and Mythic+ data are, and which characters most need a refresh.
Filtering the Report
The filters narrow every view in a place at once:
- Mains and alts. Show only mains, only alts, or both.
- Roles. Show tanks, healers, melee and ranged, or any mix.
- Member. Focus one roster member and their characters.
- Guild ranks. Hide ranks you do not audit, such as Social or trials. Your choice is remembered.
- Group by. Group rows by role, armor or class, or show one list.
The Updated stamp next to the title shows how current the report is and opens the Data view for the full breakdown.
Where the data comes from
Gear, enchants and gems come from Battle.net armory profiles, Mythic+ rating and lifetime raid achievements from Raider.io, and raid kills and attendance from Warcraft Logs. None of that needs an addon.
The WowUtils addon adds what the game knows and the web does not: who is saved on which boss this week, Mythic+ runs week by week, the real items in each Great Vault, and crest and Spark balances. One guildmate running the desktop app covers the whole roster. What the addon collects lists it all.
We are not precious about what the Roster Report is. It aggregates the WoW API, Raider.io, and Warcraft Logs and lays the result out in one place, in context with the resets, assignments, and cooldown plans you are already working on here. The hard part, gathering and grading all of that data, is their work, not ours, and the real value lives with them. What we try to add is a clear, useful way to read it next to everything else you do on the site.
