Your Groups

Groups decide if other people can access your private notes. They can not edit.

In your boss-plans you can set the Access level in the Access tab.

If you have given access to other people, they will be able to view that groups notes in their raid overview with their other notes.

Choose between:

• Public: Anyone with the link (URL) can access and view your note.
• Private, 2 options
  • Only you can access and edit.
  • Only you and the other people in your selected Group can access, and only people with edit role can edit.
In your raid overview(with all your boss-notes), if you add a note under a group, the boss-note will inherit your edit/view access from there.
