Yes. Even solo, WCL Top and importing the best offensive and defensive cooldowns is a great way to make sure you are doing the right things without having to remember them. It works well for early progression, farm, rerolling, or playing an alt.

How do I get my plan in-game?

Accepted Answer

Build the plan on the boss timeline, then export it. Northern Sky Raid Tools is the primary addon: it reads the Viserio note and gives each raider personal reminders during the pull. Method Raid Tools can still display the same note as a read-only sticky note.

Can my whole team edit the same plan at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your raid team can edit a plan together in real time, so a change from one editor shows up for everyone right away.

Do I need an addon to audit my raid gear and enchants?

No. Item level, enchants, gems, Mythic+ rating, and Warcraft Logs performance all come from public data: Battle.net armory profiles, Raider.io, and Warcraft Logs. The Roster Report reads all of it from one screen.

What does WCL Top show me?

WCL Top lets you browse the cooldown usage of the highest ranked Warcraft Logs parses for each spec on every boss. Use it as a reference, or import a pattern straight into your plan.

Why do you sign in with Battle.net?

Accepted Answer

Signing in with Battle.net confirms which characters are yours and pulls your armory data, so your roster and plans stay tied to the right account. Your Battle.net password is never shared with WowUtils.

I signed in but my characters are missing.

Accepted Answer

Give the import a minute on first sign in, then refresh. If a character still does not appear, make sure it is at the level cap and has logged out recently so Battle.net has published its latest data.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the Report button in the app, or post in the Viserio Discord. Feature requests and polls live there too, so you can vote on what gets built next.

Does it support the current raid?

Yes. Viserio supports the current raid tier with boss timelines and default cooldown assignments, and new tiers are added as they release.

Who can see the Danger Zone?

Accepted Answer

Everyone in the group sees the Danger Zone tab, but Transfer Ownership and Delete Group only appear for the group's owner. Everyone else sees Leave Group there instead.

Is API sharing on by default?

No. API Sharing starts off, and an admin has to switch it on before any of your group's roster, resets, or notes can be read through the public API.

What happens if I regenerate or revoke my API key?

The old key stops working immediately. Any integration still using it breaks until you update it with the new key, so only do this when you're ready to swap it over right away.

How is a signup different from attendance?

A signup is a reply someone gives before raid night, present, absent, tentative, late, or standby. Attendance is who actually showed, pulled from your Warcraft Logs on the Roster Report's Attendance view. The two are tracked separately on purpose, so a good-faith signup and a real no-show never get confused.

Does changing our raid times wipe past nights?

No. Past nights and the signups and attendance on them never change. Editing your raid times only affects nights that have not happened yet.

What happens when I mark a player Absent on the planner?

They're automatically benched for that setup, and their cooldown assignments come with them so nothing is left orphaned. If you set it by mistake, the Undo on the confirmation toast puts both the signup and the assignments back exactly as they were.

What is the Keys tab for?

It's an early-tier Mythic+ group organizer built into the Calendar: members post or join key groups for the week, sit in an LFG pool if they don't have a group yet, and a Suggest helper proposes matches anyone can accept.

Anyone claiming a character in the group can post one and pick a seat for themselves. The group creator and group admins can also seat other roster members, alts, or guests into any open seat.

No. Suggest only drafts proposals from the Looking for a group pool. Nothing is created or joined until you or a group member clicks Join or Create + join on a proposal.

If anyone seated wants gear from Mythic+, the card shows which dungeons that lineup still has wishlist demand for, pulled straight from each player's loot wishlist.

What's the difference between the Owed tab and a gold request?

Owed is a read-only running total of what the bank owes every booster across all finished boost runs. A request is how you actually ask for that gold, and its Request full balance button fills in your exact owed amount for you.

Does the Guild Bank read my gold from the game automatically?

No. Admins type balances and income in by hand, so it's a shared record your team keeps, not a live mirror of your in-game gold.

Who can see the Owed tab?

Every member. It's read-only for everyone, including admins. To clear a balance, pay that person from the Payouts view, their Owed row updates once they're marked paid.

Can an advertiser's cut show up as owed too?

Yes. Give an advertiser or other cut a name when you split the payout and it's tracked as owed to that person right alongside the boosters. A cut left nameless counts as a plain expense instead.

What happens if my group's points drop below a tier?

The effect is immediate for tier-gated features, automatic Warcraft Logs sync switches off the instant a group drops below Tier 3, for example. Nothing is deleted, though: an over-cap roster simply can't add new characters until it's back under the limit or the group reboosts.

Yes. Allocation is per group, so you can put some of your points on one group and the rest on another at the same time.

Do I need to save note versions myself?

No. A version is saved automatically whenever everyone leaves a note, and long planning sessions get an auto-save roughly every ten minutes while someone is editing. There is no save button and nothing to remember.

Does restoring an old version delete my current note?

No. Your current version is saved to the history first, then the older version becomes the live note. You can always step back to where you were with one more restore.

No. Every note in every group keeps its history, no supporter tier required. A note keeps its last 60 session versions plus auto-saves from the last two days.

A CD Plan names real players and is tied to one roster and one raid. A CD Template plans against slots, like Discipline Priest number one, so one template can fill itself from any roster you point it at. Both use the same planner, the same spells, and the same export.

Can I turn a plan into a template, or a template into a plan?

Yes, both ways. Convert to a template on a finished plan groups your assigned players into numbered slots and strips their names, so the result is safe to share. Generate note on a previewed template writes a fresh, named CD Plan without touching the template it came from.

Do I need a Setup to get cooldowns for a one-off raid?

No. Every plan in the Cooldown Library has a From NSRT button that builds you a note straight from a live NSRT export, with no setup, no saving, and no sign-in required.

No. Building a setup with AutoComp, and tuning how it decides, is free for every group. The only part of this tab that needs boosting is AutoAssign, the separate tool that auto-fills assignment blocks inside a boss.

Why is AutoAssign locked for my group?

Boosting your group to Tier 2 unlocks AutoAssign, so a click fills in your assignment blocks (interrupts, positioning jobs, and the like) the same way AutoComp fills in your roster. Below Tier 2 you still assign those by hand. See Sporefall for the current bosses this covers.

Will AutoComp overwrite a comp I already built by hand?

Only if you let it. Lock any spot you want kept before running AutoComp and it builds around your locks instead of replacing them, and every apply is a single undo step if you change your mind.

Does publishing a note share the names of my characters?

No. Every published note is anonymized to class and spec labels like "Holy Paladin 1". Real character names, realms, and battletags never leave your group, and publishing is free at every supporter tier.

Yes. Open the note and click Unlist, or unlist it from the publish dialog. It comes off the Library immediately and stays reachable only by direct link; re-publishing puts it back.

They're curated example plans built by Viserio for Sporefall. Anyone can read them for free; importing or copying the note into your own account needs your account boosted to Rare Supporter or above.

Check four things across your roster: item level, enchants and gems, Mythic+ progress, and who actually showed up and performed in recent logs. The first three measure preparation. The last measures what really happened. Viserio Cooldowns reads all four from one roster for free.

How do I audit my whole guild for missing enchants and gems?

The Roster Report flags, per raider, which enchantable slots are empty and which sockets are unfilled, and it names the slots. You read it as a list of names and slots instead of opening every armory page by hand.

Is checking gear enough to know if my raid is ready?

No. Gear and enchants only show that a raider could perform. To know if they will, you also need attendance and performance from Warcraft Logs: did they show up, survive the mechanics, and use their cooldowns. A complete audit reads both.

Why can I not edit a note on someone else's character?

Notes and recipe tags are editable by group admins and by the player who claimed that character. Everyone else sees them read-only, so a crafter's own notes about their recipes stay theirs to manage.

From the same Battle.net sync that keeps your roster's gear and item level current. A character's professions appear here once it has been refreshed at least once.

What does the color on a skill number mean?

Green means a profession is at or near max skill for its tier, amber is mid-range, and red is low, all relative to that tier's own cap.

Do I have to import a droptimizer sim to build a wishlist?

No. You can rank the items you want in My Wishlist with no sim at all. Importing a Raidbots or QE Live report just adds the exact upgrade number to each item card so you can compare gains at a glance.

Yes. A group admin can import a report on your behalf if you have not pasted your own yet, so a wishlist is never blocked on one missing sim.

No. Every pick you make on the Gear Sheet lands on the same wishlist you see in My Wishlist and that your officers see in Group Overview. It is a different way to build the same plan.

Why is my equipped gear out of date?

The sheet shows the gear from your character's last sync. Log out in the gear you want it to see, then refresh the character from the roster, and the sheet catches up.
