Wowutils Flow

Visual overview of how the different parts of Wowutils connect

Last updated: February 25, 2026

The Raidleader Workflow

From setting up your group to pulling the boss, here is how the main features of Wowutils fit together. Click any card to jump to its guide.

How It All Connects

Group Hub → Resets & Setups

Your Group Hub holds your guild roster. When you create a Reset (a raid week) and add Setups (per-boss configurations), you can import the roster.

Setups → CDs & Assignments

Each Setup can create linked Cooldown and Assignment pages. These inherit the Setup's roster, so toggling someone out of a boss in the Setup sets them inactive them from that boss's plan too. And on Assignments it highlights them for reassignment.

Setup, CDs & Assignments → Player-Sheet

Raiders view all their cooldowns and assignments for the night on their Player-Sheet. Everything from every boss in one place, so each player knows exactly what they are responsible for. Found in the top of the Setup page.

Copy to In-Game Northern Sky Raid Tools

Both planners export to Northern Sky Raid Tools in-game, giving each raider personal reminders for their assignments. This is done by the Copy All Notes button on the Setup page.

WCL Tools

Before planning - WCL Top lets you browse how top rankings use cooldowns and import their patterns straight into your plan.

After raidingWCL Compare analyzes your raid logs against your assignments. Review their gameplay consistency and check if they actually pressed what they were assigned.

Requirements

To use your plans in-game, every raider needs the Northern Sky Raid Tools addon.
