Your raid night, your characters and what your team needs from you, all on one page.

In short

You is your page for raid week. The left side is your next raid night and what your officers need from you. The right side is your characters, with three tabs: Week, Gear and Loot.

Check your raid night

Click a boss on the left to see your assignments for it.

Do what your officers ask

What we need from you lists what is still open, like signing up or uploading a sim. Items clear themselves once they are done.

Upload your sims

Open a character on Week and click Upload sims.

Ask for loot

Click the bosses you want loot from on the Week tab.

Fix your gear

Switch to Gear and work through the To fix list.

Claim Your Spot

The page needs your character on the team roster. Until then it shows a Find my spot button that takes you there.

Your Raid Night

  • Next night shows the setup you play next and its bosses. Click a boss for your assignments, or My assignments for the whole night.
  • From your officers is a short message from your officers.
  • What we need from you is your to-do list for the week.
  • Your upcoming nights lets you sign up, and Time away marks you absent for a range of dates.
For officers: the message and the checklist

Edit the message with the pencil and add your own tasks with + Task. The sliders icon picks which checks your raiders get, like signups, a fresh sim or enchants and gems.

Your Characters

Each character you claimed is one row. Click a row to open it, and switch between Week, Gear and Loot at the top.

  • Item level is coloured like item quality: green, blue, purple, orange.
  • The ⋯ menu marks a character as main, alt or inactive, sets your off-specs, and picks what the row shows.
  • Import from WoW adds characters from your Battle.net account.

Week

What is left before reset.

  • Bosses. Click a boss you want loot from. Shift-click to leave your raid lead a note. The bar under a boss is how much your sim says it is worth.
  • Bonus roll. The coin button picks the boss your bonus roll goes to.
  • This week. Your sims, Great Vault and weekly quests, and what is left on each.
  • Yellow note. Your sim was run at the wrong item level. It says what to re-sim.

Gear

What to fix on your gear.

The Gear lens: the Equipped strip with enchant, gem and socket badges, the To fix list, and Holding with crests, Sparks and Catalyst
  • To fix. Items missing an enchant or gem, by slot. A green tick means you are done.
  • Sockets. Blue means a socket is worth adding before next tier. Your officers decide if it is required.
  • Free upgrades. Items you can upgrade without spending crests, because that slot has been higher before.
  • Holding. Your crests, Sparks and Catalyst charges.

Loot

The Best in Slot items you are still after.

  • Still chasing. Your Best in Slot picks this character still needs, by boss, next to what you wear now.
  • Cross it off. Click the circle when you no longer want an item. Undo is there for a few seconds.
  • Already yours. Items you own or crossed off fold into one line at the bottom.
  • Coins spent. Your bonus rolls this season.

Frequently asked questions

Why are my Great Vault and crest numbers empty?
They come from the WowUtils addon. They show up once someone in your guild runs it and your character's data reaches the site.
What does crossing an item off do?
It tells your officers you no longer want that item, so it leaves their loot lists. Still want it, in the item's ⋯ menu, puts it back.
Why does the page ask me to claim my spot?
The page is built around your character on the team roster. Claim it from the Roster and everything fills in.
