Description
Spatial Paradox grants the evoker and one ally the ability to cast while moving and doubles their spell range for 10 seconds.
The ally target must be a healer. DPS and tanks cannot be targeted with the buff. The casting evoker always gets the cast-while-moving effect themselves, including DPS specs (Devastation, Augmentation), so it doubles as a personal DPS gain during a movement window.
How To Assign
Assign it to a healer with a stationary, cast-heavy window during a known movement-heavy damage event so they can keep hard-casting through the run-out.
It also enables long-range heals when the raid is heavily spread out.
A strong pairing is a healing cooldown that is normally hard to land while moving, for example a Druid's Tranquility or Priest's Divine Hymn during a forced-movement window. Spatial Paradox lets that channel happen without forcing the healer to give it up.

View full details →Picked when a channeled raid cooldown like Tranquility or Divine Hymn lines up with a forced-movement window that would otherwise force the healer to skip it, or when long-range healing across a heavily spread raid is more valuable than another raid mobility charge.
Default pick. More movement for the raid, plus a DPS increase for Evokers and Shamans who gain cast-while-moving uptime from it.
