Description
Grants a friendly player the ability to cast while moving. Commonly used on healers like Discipline Priests for ramps or Monks during Invoke. Massively useful but is a choice node with Time Spiral, so you need to decide which is more important.
How To Assign
May not need an explicit assignment, as it’s often handled in-game via a Weakaura. However, it's good to plan who receives Spatial Paradox in specific fights.
