Description

A unique 5-person DR + movement speed buff.
Hits the evoker + 4 nearest targets. Since it is unique, any other evokers casting it near the same players will overwrite the buff. For that reason, assigning multiple Zephyrs on the same timer may result in diminishing returns if they target the same players—this risk increases with more evokers assigned. It also only works on mechanics that avoidance applies to, which you can check in the boss guides!

How To Assign

Assign it when you want extra DR on an event.
Keep in mind that it costs the evoker a global cooldown, which can be inconvenient at certain times.
It has great value when used to provide DR to a specific small group, and you can consider it a full group-wide DR, similar to a small group soak.
