Description
Dream Flight sends the evoker flying in a chosen direction, hitting allies along the path with a large up-front heal and applying a 15-second HoT to each ally that was struck. The HoT stays on the players that were hit, it does not follow the evoker after the cast.
The up-front hit is the bulk of the throughput; the HoT is a smaller follow-up tick.
While flying, the evoker has limited control and can be vulnerable to mechanics on the path.
How To Assign
Assign it onto damage windows where the raid is stacked at cast time so the up-front heal and HoT land on as many players as possible. Once cast, the HoT continues to heal even if the raid spreads.
Do not assign at moments where the raid is already scattered, since fewer allies in the flight path means fewer hits and fewer HoT applications.
Choice node with Stasis
View full details →Picked on fights where the raid reliably stacks at the moment the evoker wants to fly, so the up-front heal and the HoT land on everyone at once.
Default pick. The banked burst lands wherever the raid happens to be, so it doesn't depend on getting everyone onto a flight path.
