Description
A raidwide 5 second heal based on the raid dmg taken in the past 5 seconds. So 5 sec dmg taken, click button, 5 second healing.
If used after 5 seconds of HIGH dmg taken, it will heal more than anything else.
And no, heal absorbs do not count as dmg. So using it on broodkeeper cannisters is bad.

How To Assign
Assign when theres a short window of intense dmg, and you won't be topped ofr the next 5 seconds, so rewind doesn't just overheal.
