Unwavering Spirit, Protection of Tyr
Description
The most versatile Damage Reduction cooldown because it's raidwide. It can be talented to either provide a raid-wide healing % amp or reduce its cooldown to 2:30 minutes. You shouldn't pick either talent unless you have a strong reason, but reducing the cooldown to 2:30 can be very useful.
How To Assign
Assign it to the most dangerous damage event that isn't already covered by Link or Barrier.
