The choice between Revival and Restoral comes down to whether the monk wants the raid-wide magic dispel, or specifically wants to avoid dispelling. Pick Revival on fights where a forced magic debuff needs to come off the raid; pick Restoral on fights where dispelling the debuff would break the encounter.

Assign as a filler after the main healing cooldowns have been mapped out. Revival fits almost anywhere thanks to the instant cast. It is especially strong on instant raid spikes and during forced movement where channeled or ramped cooldowns lose value.
