Increases damage and healing done by 20% and grants 20% critical strike chance for 20 seconds. While active, you continue your normal rotation and simply heal and damage for more.

Use on cooldown when the full 20-second duration can be utilized. Try to align with extended raid damage windows so the healing buff and crit chance are spread across many casts. Loses some value when the raid is heavily spread out.
