Description
A ground-placed movement speed cooldown for the raid. Slightly weaker than Druid’s Stampeding Roar but still very strong. When combined with Totemic Projection, the buff duration is significantly extended.
Using movement speed cooldowns often makes mechanics easier, reduces deaths, and increases uptime for DPS and healing.
**A note on Totems:** Two talents provide cooldown reduction (CDR) to all totems: Totemic Surge (-6 sec) and Restoration Shaman’s Water Mastery (~5 sec per min).
These are already factored into the totem's cooldown and allow them to hit slightly better timings, such as on Ovinax, where phases start every 2:53.
