Description
A simple 'drop and forget' raid healing cooldown that passively pulses healing for a short duration.
**A note on Totems:** Two talents provide CDR to all totems: Water Mastery (~5 sec per min) and Totemic Surge (-6 sec), plus a talented 45-second flat CDR.
These are already factored into the totem's cooldown. This does not boost Ascendance healing.
