Grove Guardians reduce the cooldown of Incarnation by 5 seconds.
Reforestation grants Tree of Life for 10 seconds, which usually overlaps with the Incarnation cast itself, giving a 40-second duration.
It is generally a 2:15 cooldown, but casting Tranquility reduces all cooldowns by 20 seconds.
