With Cenarius' Guidance the cooldown drops by 5 seconds for every Grove Guardian that expires, supporting roughly 60-70% uptime across a fight.

If Control of the Dream is played, not currently the meta talent choice, it banks up to 15 seconds of cooldown time while Tree of Life sits idle, refunded on the next cast. Combined with the Grove Guardian CDR this gives a lot of flexibility in opening timings.

This is the choice-node alternative to Convoke the Spirits and the default pick inside the Keeper of the Grove raid build. Restoration raids Wildstalker, which takes Convoke on this node, so this entry describes a build you will rarely be planning around.

Effectively a fire-on-cooldown cooldown. Between Cenarius' Guidance Grove Guardian CDR and Swiftmend procs, uptime is very high, only hold briefly if there's truly nothing to heal until you wait, and waiting won't push back your casts later on.

Strong during movement, since the instant Regrowth casts don't require standing still.
