Stampeding Roar grants a 60% movement-speed buff to all allies within 15 yards for 8 seconds.

Compared to Wind Rush Totem, Roar has a shorter duration, a wider effective range (because the buff is applied on cast and travels with each ally), and a stronger movement-speed value.

Unlike Wind Rush Totem, the raid does not need to be stacked when Roar is cast, the buff applies to allies in range at cast time and stays with them as they move.

Assigning movement speed onto forced-movement phases is almost always great value: it saves healers and dps the global cooldowns they would otherwise spend on personal mobility, effectively giving the raid a small dps/hps boost while also improving survivability.
