Description

Is an aoe heal from the target. Has 2 charges, and is quite potent. Especially once you dump 2-4 of them into stasis, allowing you to use 4 in a short window, or pairs of 2 in a 30 second window.
Requires casting on a Dream Breath target.
The simple way to handle it in stasis is just popping all 4 in the same 10 second window, but you can also bank a Dream Breath in it and release the pop up to 30 seconds later. Waiting with the pop is fine, as the CD begins ticking down when you stored 3 spells.
