Description
Reduces the cooldown of one specific defensive ability per class by 30 seconds. For some specs, this is negligible; for others, it can be useful.
It helps reset certain personal defensives between two major damage events but should not be expected to recharge a significant portion of the raid’s cooldowns—it's just a small bonus.
