New Hide Loot Wishlist permission available under the Loot group in member settings

When enabled, the member can only see the My Wishlist tab, and upload their own sim data — Group Overview and Droptimizers tabs are hidden

Defaults to off for all presets, so no existing behavior changes

Note that we also made so admins can upload sim data for other members from the droptimizer tab.
Censor Btags under Members tab
- When viewing the members tab, we now censor the battletag of non-admins. It now shows as Vis... to allow identification without full information. So if you want to friendlist your guildies. You have to ask for their btag yourself.
Bugfixes
- Fixed a bug where adding a roster member would not increment total members in calendar events. This will fix itself on your next roster edit.
