We're excited to introduce two powerful new WCL tools that expand how you can analyze and learn from Warcraft Logs data!
This update has been a long time coming, which means a lot of other small improvements and bugfixes have sneaked into this version as well. Along with the updated news page as you might be able to tell!
WCL Compare - Analyze Multiple Pulls
The new Compare page lets you import multiple WCL pulls and analyze them side-by-side with your assigned cooldowns. This is perfect for:
- Compare spell usage between pulls, see if people are consistent, or forget their assignments.
- Missed assignments statistics Link the analysis to a Setup, and easily compare your assignments to your actual casts, with statistics on missed casts.
- Shareable URL You can easily share access to a collection of compared pulls with your group, or as a public link. To the benefit of your guild.
Spec View
Analyze a single player across all pulls, seeing exactly when they used their cooldowns in each attempt.

Raid View
See all players across all pulls on a unified timeline, making it easy to spot patterns and optimize your cooldown strategy.

Data Queue
The Comparison tool has a queue for us to pull WCL data. We will be monitoring the queue to see if we need to scale infrastructure to handle traffic in Midnight.
WCL Top Rankings - Learn from the Best
The Top Rankings page lets you explore top-performing Warcraft Logs rankings to see how the best players use their cooldowns.
Key Features
- Browse top 50 players by boss, difficulty, and spec. Filter casts to get a clear overview of where cooldowns are commonly used. Get quick exports by hovering over a player's name.
- Generate CD notes based on selected spells, to quickly paste in your Note in game.
- Export CDs based on selected spells, and import them to a player in your cooldown page.
Heatmap View
See the cooldown type trends of all specs on a fight.

How to Access
The new features are found in the left sidebar as 'Top Rankings' and 'Compare'.
New Subscription payment option: Stripe payments
We've also added support for Stripe payments as an alternative to Patreon. This allows us to support regions that don't have Patreon, and since Stripe charges lower fees, more of your support goes directly to us.
We are also now offering a yearly plan, which gives you 2 months free.
Supporter Perks
While the features are free, we have to limit the amount of imports per hour. We give increased hourly import limits and queue priority to supporters. Supporting helps us keep developing the site, scale infrastructure, and add more great features. There has been some slight changes to the supporter perks, to clarify your rewards with the new features.
What's Next
Our next large update will be Collaborative Editing, which will allow side-wide realtime editing and auto-saving. We expect this to be released before february so we have a testing period before Midnight.
We are doing a Discord ping a few days before prepatch to prepare you for the changes. We lose no functionality, in fact we are getting improvements.
We're always looking to improve these features based on your feedback. Let us know what you think on Discord!
Special thanks to Warcraft Logs for powering these features, and for providing the API that makes these features possible.
