v5.10.0: Your own home in the group

Feature

2 July 2026

Written by Penkek

A new page that's just yours. Open a group and You sits at the top of the menu: your characters, your nights, the bosses you're on this week, and what your team needs from you, all in one place instead of scattered across a roster built for officers.

You: your own home in the group

Managing your own stuff used to mean digging through the Roster section, a surface built for officers editing the whole team. Nothing answered the one question you actually have before raid: what does my team need from me, and where do I do it.

  • Your characters, edited in place. All of your characters in one compact list, so a stable of alts stays readable. Click one to change its spec, mark it main, alt or inactive, or say which off-specs you can play, and pull your characters straight from your Battle.net account. Changes are live: your officers see them the moment you make them.
  • Sign yourself up. Your next few raid nights sit right on the page with Present, Tentative and Absent, so you answer without opening the calendar.
  • The bosses you're on this week. See which bosses you're slotted for on this week's Midnight Season 1 plan, with your spec, and jump straight to your own cooldown sheet.
  • Gear readiness at a glance. Each character shows a green "Ready" or an amber "2 to fix." Hover it for the full picture: missing enchants and gems, how many upgrade steps your gear has left, how close your trinkets and weapon are to maxed, and your Great Vault progress.
  • Set off-specs once for your alt army. If you keep a pile of the same class, six Hunters say, turn on "Use Hunter default" and set your off-specs once for all of them. Opt a single character out when it can't cover one, like the Hunter with no melee weapon for Survival.
The You page: your characters with readiness, this week's bosses, your upcoming nights, and a note from your officers

What your team needs from you

Officers had no way to tell a raider what to sort out before raid, short of pinging them one by one. The right-hand side of the You page is that channel, and most of it fills itself.

  • A note to the team. Post a short message at the top of everyone's page: "Unlock the next Folio upgrade before raid."
  • A checklist that writes itself. The page works out what's missing for each raider, no signup for the next night, off-specs not set, no fresh droptimizer, and lists it with every item linking straight to where it gets fixed. When there's nothing left, it just says you're all set.
  • Your own tasks. Add to-dos like "Watch the P3 transition VOD" that each raider ticks off on their own page.
  • Ask only for what your team runs. Not every group uses droptimizers or loot wishlists, so you choose which of these count. A group that doesn't sim gear never nags about it.

As always, feedback and ideas are welcome in Discord or on the Community page.
