WoWUtils
Viserio Cooldowns

See if your whole raid is ready, from one screen.

Item levels, missing enchants and gems, Great Vault progress, and Mythic+ progress for every raider, in one place. It fills in automatically from your raiders' public data, so there is no spreadsheet to keep up to date.

Checking the roster by hand does not scale.

The night before progression, you want to know the raid is actually ready. So you start opening armory pages, one raider at a time, squinting for a missing weapon enchant or an empty socket, then cross-checking the vault and Mythic+ for twenty-five people.

By the time you finish, half of it is already out of date, and you still have the actual plan to write.

The Roster Report does that pass for you. It pulls everyone’s public data into one readable screen, so “is the raid ready” is a glance, not an evening.

What you can see at a glance

Item level, at a glance

Every raider’s item level on one screen, so you can spot who is behind before it costs you a pull, not after.

Enchants and gems

Who still has a missing enchant or an empty socket. The exact list to drop in officer chat, without inspecting anyone by hand.

Great Vault progress

See who has filled their vault slots for the week, so the "did you cap your vault" reminder writes itself.

Mythic+ and raid progress

Each character’s Mythic+ rating and weekly keys, plus their boss kills across the current tier, in the same place as everything else.

Gear is potential. Logs are what happened.

A clean roster tells you a raider is prepared. It does not tell you they showed up, survived the mechanics, or pressed their cooldown. That is what your Warcraft Logs are for.

Because the audit lives next to your group’s logs and cooldown plans, you can read both together: who is geared, and who actually delivered. That pairing is what tells you the raid is genuinely ready, not just gemmed.

Frequently asked

Can I check my whole guild’s gear and readiness at once?
Yes. The Roster Report in the Group Hub puts your whole raid on one screen, one row per character, so you can spot who is behind before pull instead of opening everyone’s armory page by hand.
Do my raiders have to enter their own gear and progress?
No. The report fills in automatically from public data that already exists for your characters, so there is no manual data entry and no spreadsheet to keep up to date. You connect your account, and the report fills in for the raiders you have on roster.
How do I find out who is missing enchants or gems?
The report flags missing enchants and empty sockets per character, so the list of who still needs to enchant or gem is right there to share with your team, instead of inspecting each raider one by one.
Where does the data come from?
Battle.net armory profiles for gear, enchants, and gems, Raider.io for Mythic+, and Warcraft Logs for raid kills. The hard work of gathering and grading that data is theirs, and we are grateful for it. What the Roster Report adds is one clear place to read it alongside the resets, assignments, and cooldown plans you already work on.
Is the roster audit free?
Yes. The Roster Report is part of the free toolset. Optional supporter tiers add extras elsewhere on the site, but auditing your roster is free.
