Viserio Cooldowns

Turn your raid plan into an MRT note in one click.

Plan your healing and defensive cooldowns on a visual boss timeline, then export a clean note to your in-game addon. Every raider gets personal reminders during the pull, and you never write the note by hand.

Writing the note by hand is the worst part of planning.

You work out who presses what, then you have to translate it into the addon's note syntax, line by line, getting every spell ID and time right. Then someone swaps specs, the pull timing changes, and the note is out of date again.

Keeping the plan and the in-game note in sync by hand is tedious, and a stale note is worse than no note at all, because raiders trust a reminder that fires at the wrong moment.

Viserio Cooldowns keeps the plan and the note as the same thing. You arrange cooldowns visually, and the note is generated for you. Change the plan, re-export, paste, done.

How it works

1.

Build the plan

Place healing, defensive, and utility cooldowns on the boss timeline, where you want them in the fight. Edit it with your team in real time.

2.

Export the note

Copy the generated note with one click. The addon syntax, spell IDs, and timings are written for you, so there is nothing to format by hand.

3.

Paste it in-game

Drop the note into your reminder addon. Each raider sees their own cooldowns at the right moment during the pull.

Why it is worth planning here

Works with the addons you run

Export to Method Raid Tools, Northern Sky Raid Tools, Advance Raid Tools, or Timeline Reminders. Build the plan once, send it wherever your raid gets its reminders.

Start from what works

WCL Top shows how the highest-ranked Warcraft Logs parses used their cooldowns on each boss, so you can base your note on proven usage instead of a blank page.

Never out of date

Change the plan, re-export, paste. The note is always a reflection of the current plan, so reminders fire when you actually want them.

Review it afterwards

After the raid, WCL Compare lines your logs up against the plan, so you can see who actually pressed their assigned cooldown and tighten the note for next time.

Viserio

Plan once, raid prepared

The MRT note is one step of the loop. In Viserio Cooldowns you plan cooldowns, export them in-game, and review the result against your logs, all in one place, free, for the current raid tier.

Frequently asked

What is an MRT note?
An MRT note is the shared text note inside the Method Raid Tools addon that holds your raid assignments. When you write cooldown and job assignments into it, MRT shows each raider their own reminders in-game during the fight. The same idea works in Northern Sky Raid Tools, Advance Raid Tools, and Timeline Reminders.
How do I generate an MRT note for my cooldown assignments?
Build your plan on the boss timeline in Viserio Cooldowns by placing each cooldown where you want it, then export the note with one click and paste it into your addon in-game. You never write the note syntax by hand, and when the plan changes you re-export instead of editing text.
Which raid reminder addons does it work with?
Method Raid Tools, Northern Sky Raid Tools, Advance Raid Tools, and Timeline Reminders. You build the plan once in Viserio Cooldowns and export it to whichever reminder addon your raid runs.
Can I build the plan from Warcraft Logs instead of starting blank?
Yes. WCL Top shows how the highest-ranked Warcraft Logs parses used their cooldowns on each boss, so you can base your note on what already works for your spec, then export that to your addon.
Is the MRT note generator free?
Yes. Planning cooldowns and exporting the note to your in-game addon is free. Optional supporter tiers add extras, but the export itself is part of the free toolset.
