v5.50.0: CD planner features and a highlight of your characters

Update

Written by Viserio

A round of quality-of-life changes to the cd planner: your own row is easier to find, the grid can grow new rows mid-drag, and fine-tuning a spell's timing no longer needs the mouse.

Your row comes first

  • Always on top. Your characters now always sit at the top of the cd plan, with a small You tag on the row.
  • Templates too. When you preview a template against a setup, the slot your character fills gets the same treatment.
  • Nicknames count. A row named by your roster nickname is recognized as you as well.
  • Your call. Click the You tag itself to turn the pinning on or off; the choice sticks on this device across all plans.

Drop a spell on a new row

  • Add a row mid-drag. In the grid view, drag a spell over a row's time cell and a panel opens with the free seconds within 10s either way; drop on one to create that row with the spell already in it.
  • See where it lands. While you hover a time, a green line marks exactly where the new row will slot into the grid.

Nudge spells from the keyboard

  • A / D or the arrow keys. Hover an assigned spell or text reminder on the cd timeline and tap A / D or left / right to move it 1 second earlier or later; hold to slide it.
