v5.32.0: Common push timers on every phase line

Update

Written by Viserio

A phase line sat wherever we put it, with nothing to say whether that was where your raid would actually get there. This release puts the real numbers on it, moves your plan's settings one right-click away, and tidies up a few things around Season 2 prep.

Common push timers on every phase line

Hover a phase line and you get the times raids actually hit it, read off logged kills.

  • Typical and fast. What a normal raid pushes at, next to what the quickest kills manage. Crown of the Cosmos heroic hits its second intermission at 4:29 for most raids and 3:22 for the fast ones, so if your plan assumes one you are an entire minute off the other.
  • How much it moves. Some lines are clockwork and land at the same second every kill. Others swing half a minute. Now you can tell which before you build a plan on one.
  • Why it moves. Each line says whether it is boss health, something your raid has to clear, or a fixed timer, so you know whether pushing harder will actually shift it.
  • Season 2 is PTR data. Those lines come from test pulls and say so, until real kills replace them.

Reset settings, closer to hand

Right-click the week selector and the plan's settings are right there: rename, carry forward, publish, move to another week, delete. No trip through Manage weeks first.

The week selector marked DRAFT in amber with a Hidden from raiders Publish button beside it, and its right-click menu open on Rename, Carry forward, Publish, Move to another week and Delete

A draft is also obvious now. It wears an amber Draft tag with a "Hidden from raiders" button beside it, so you can tell at a glance that your raiders can't see the plan yet, and publish it without opening a menu.

Next tier, shared with the raid

Seeing what everyone else picked for next tier meant handing out Edit Roster, which handed out a lot more than that. Now it's a switch on the check-in itself.

The Next tier summary card with a What we need box open, reading Need 2 more healers, and a tank who can swap off Warrior
  • Show results to raiders. On by default when you open a check-in for everyone, and a switch beside Close check-in if you change your mind. Your raiders get the projected roster: what the team is on now, what it looks like next tier, and the alt pool.
  • What we need. Write a line on the check-in ("Need 2 more healers") and everyone reads it under the composition. Officers edit it in place.
  • Notes stay yours. What a member writes to you in their answer is still officer-only, and so is the archive of past check-ins.
  • Alts you added later. A character you rostered after answering now shows up in your plan instead of being stuck out of it.
  • Officers can invite. Creating and revoking group invite links is no longer admin only.

Around the app

  • Entombed Sentinels timers. Ability durations, offsets and phase lengths filled in and normalised on both difficulties.
  • Vash'nik's Burning Presence. The damage from the pools Imbibe leaves behind is on the timeline, on the cycles where Fire is one of the empowered sides.
  • Spotting yourself. Your own row in the group members list wears a You tag.
  • Spell data. Healing Tide Totem reclassified, Tip the Scales given a duration, and Stasis updated for the new talents.
  • API access. The API key field now gives a warning on wrong input.
