Your Midnight Season 1 key runs live on the Keys board, and most of your team lives in Discord. Baldio can now put the board in a channel.
Key posts
Pick a channel under Integrations and every planned run gets its own post: the date and time, the dungeons, the note, and the five seats with who is in them.
- Each run is one post, not a stream of them. It is edited as seats fill and free up, so the seat list in your channel matches the board.
- Open seats are marked open. The footer says how many are left, so you can see which runs still need people.
- Open in Viserio takes you to that day. Joining still happens on the site.
- A post comes down when its run starts. Cancel a run and its post goes with it.
Who is looking
Below the runs, Baldio keeps one message listing everyone who has marked themselves looking for a key: the characters they would bring, when they are free, and their note. It is edited in place rather than reposted, so the channel does not fill up with old copies. When nobody is looking, it says so.
Pings
Posting is one thing, pinging is another. Pick the roles to mention, then switch on the ones you want:
- When someone posts a run. On by default. A run nobody sees fills no seats.
- When a run has one seat left. Off by default.
- When someone new is looking. Off by default.
Pick no roles at all and the channel gets the posts without pinging anyone. Edits never ping, so a run filling up one seat at a time stays quiet.
As always, feedback and ideas are welcome in Discord.
