Change a raid night on the site and its Discord post used to take up to five minutes to catch up. It now catches up within seconds.
Raid night posts
Move a night, rename it, change its difficulty or resize the roster, and the post in your channel is redrawn almost straight away.
- Edits reach the post in seconds. Time changes, renames, difficulty and roster size no longer wait for the next check.
- A cancelled night reads as cancelled immediately. Nobody signs up to a raid you called off ten minutes ago, and putting it back on clears it just as fast.
- A deleted night takes its post with it. Deleting a raid used to leave the post sitting in the channel for days until it aged out on its own. It is now removed with the night.
New nights still appear on the usual few-minute cadence. This is about the ones already posted.
The activity feed
The feed runs on the same clock. Signups, applications, plan changes and roster moves land in your channel about as fast as they happen on the site, instead of arriving in a batch every few minutes. On a busy signup night that means more messages with fewer lines in each. The lines themselves are unchanged.
Turning the feed on now also starts it watching from that moment, so a change made in the first minute is posted rather than missed.
Nothing to set up
Everything you already configured works as it did. No new setting, no re-binding channels, no re-subscribing.
