v5.28.1: See your Discord bot setup

Update
Discord bot

1 August 2026

Written by Penkek

Your Discord bot setup is now visible on the website. Open the Integrations section of your group and you can see which channels Baldio posts into, what it posts in each one, and whether its scheduled posts are still running. Until now that configuration lived only inside the bot, with no command to read it back.

This is read-only for now. Setting things up still happens in Discord with the bot's commands, and editing moves to the web over the next few releases.

What you can see

  • Connection. The Discord server you are linked to, whether the bot is responding, the time zone it schedules your posts in, and the officer and raider roles it uses.
  • Channels. One card per channel, listing everything set up against it: the team it is bound to, event posts, schedule posts, the changes feed, and reminders, with the settings each one runs on. Channel and role names are shown instead of Discord ids, and a channel that was deleted in Discord is marked so leftover setup is easy to spot.
  • Activity. Your scheduled posts with their current state and when they last ran, plus a log of what the bot recently posted and where.

Scheduled posts that stopped

A scheduled setup post that hits an error stops and stays stopped, and nothing told you it had. Activity marks those, so you can find one that quit weeks ago. Run /schedule activate-failed in Discord to start it again. A fix so they recover on their own is coming.

Only admins and officers can open the Channels and Activity views.

As always, feedback and ideas are welcome in Discord.
