v5.16.0: Plan your loot slot by slot with the Gear Sheet

Feature

6 July 2026

Written by Penkek

The Gear Sheet is a new way to plan your loot. Instead of scrolling one long wishlist, your character is laid out like the in-game gear pane: click a slot, see everything that can drop there, and mark how much you want each piece.

The Gear Sheet

The wishlist is one long list, and that's not really how you think about gear. You go slot by slot: this ring, that trinket, the weapon. The Gear Sheet works the same way, with your character in the middle and every slot around them.

  • Pick loot slot by slot. Click any slot to see every item that can drop there, and rate each one with a colored dot: best in slot, major upgrade, sidegrade, catalyst only, or do not want. Rated items land straight on your wishlist.
  • See what still needs work. The center of the sheet shows your item level and how many slots you've planned, and flags any slot with a missing enchant or an empty socket.
  • Your biggest upgrades, up top. Import a droptimizer and the sheet ranks your drops by how much each one gains you, per slot. If you haven't simmed yet, there's a button to pull one in.
  • Compare against what you're wearing. Hover any item to see it next to your equipped piece: the item level difference and a stat-by-stat comparison.
A slot opened on the Gear Sheet: the items that can drop there, each with a row of colored rating dots, and a picked item compared against the equipped one by item level and stats.

See every loot source at once

You can now turn on Normal, Heroic, Mythic, and Mythic+ at the same time, so raid drops and dungeon drops sit in the same list when you're deciding what to chase.

  • Turn on the sources you care about. Show one difficulty or several at once. Raid and Mythic+ drops land in the same slot list, ranked by how much each one gains you.
  • Rate the same item per difficulty. A piece you'd take on Heroic but hold out for on Mythic gets its own rating on each.
  • One row per item. When the same drop comes from more than one source, it shows as a single row with each source's gain on it, instead of appearing several times down the list.
A slot showing raid and Mythic+ candidates together in one list, each with its gain, and a picked item rated separately on Mythic and Heroic.

Around the app

  • One place to switch characters. Every loot view now shares a single character switcher. Pick any of your own characters, and if you run the group, view any member's picks.
  • A clearer read on your wishlist. A compact card shows how many of your wanted items you've rated and your progress across the sources you've turned on.
  • Cleaner loot data. We regenerated the loot tables for every Season 1 dungeon and the raid, fixing items that were tagged with the wrong stat or weapon type (which put them on the wrong wishlists) and adding a few that were missing. Item icons also render sharper.

As always, feedback and ideas are welcome in Discord.
