Rolling out a series of raid calendar improvements based on user feedback. This post will keep growing as more upgrades ship.
Calendar times now show server time + your local time
The calendar now displays every event in your group's server time (in-game realm time), tagged with the region, and adds your own local-time conversion right underneath so cross-region members can read raid times at a glance.

When you create or edit a schedule, the inputs spell out which clock you're typing in, based on your group's default region from the General tab. A quick link is included if you need to change it.

Heads up for existing events: times that were already entered are now interpreted as your group's in-game server time. If you originally typed event times assuming something else (like your personal local time), the local-time conversion shown to your raiders will be wrong. In that case, head into the calendar Settings and edit the times to match in-game server time. The local conversion will update automatically.
Pick your realm's timezone
WoW realm time varies within a region, so calendar times can now follow your realm's actual clock. US groups can choose ET/CT/MT/PT and EU groups CET or Moscow. Set it in the General tab under Calendar server time (US defaults to Eastern).
Clean up "former members"
If you removed a raider and later re-added them, they show up twice on past events: once as the current Raider, once as a ghost "Former member". Admins and officers can now fix this in one click:
- Merge consolidates the ghost's attendance under a current roster member.
- Remove deletes the ghost's signups across all events.
Find the buttons on each row of the Former members section in any event's detail panel, or in the Attendance tab once you flip on Show former members.
Rename individual events
Click the pencil next to an event's title to rename just that night (e.g. "Heroic Splits" or a reclear), without affecting the rest of the schedule.
Admin bulk attendance for other members
The Bulk Signup dialog now lets admins and officers set attendance for any combination of roster members at once, with per-rank quick filters (e.g. all Social or Trial) for one-click toggles.
24h / 12h time toggle
A small toggle in the calendar header lets each member pick whether they see times like 18:00 or 6 PM.
Week starts on Sunday for US, KR, and TW guilds
EU guilds keep Monday-first; US, Korean, and Taiwanese guilds get Sunday-first calendars. The day-of-week picker in schedule settings reorders to match.
Per-spell charge count override
Spell settings now include a Charges field. If your build grants extra charges on a cooldown, or your roster's about to take a talent that does, the charges impact the highlights and when a spell goes Red because its on CD.
Small fixes
- Guardian Druid's Survival Instincts now correctly shows 2 charges.
- Characters added via Add From Battle.net on the roster page are now capitalized properly instead of being stored in lowercase.
More calendar updates are on the way. Feedback and ideas are welcome in Discord.
