Bugfixes and a few improvements

New

• Clicking on an Assignment row now has an option to assign a "group", which is used by NS and Liquid assignments
• Added a few new spells(cheeth, blessings, howl, breath)
• Few more CCs to the forgeweaver/dimensius CC assignment

Bug Fixes

• Changing spec on the Setup now properly works in CDs and Assignments
• Fixed P2 when importing Dimensius from WCL
• No longer allows you to create a player with the realm written in the name field
• Fixed so you can still assign players past the assignment limits when clicking an assignment row
• Fixed "Show Hidden" button on the Coodlown Planner, it now works for Notes as well
• Long Setup names were going out of bounds.
