For my first v2 decree, i fix bugs.

Major UX improvements to the roster popup

• Fixed: popup no longer shows when the selected group is already assigned.
• Added: delete button to remove characters you don't want to assign.
• Clarity: indicates which groups are ready vs. need assignments.
• Navigation: more intuitive flow.
