Cairnsy kept getting asked for his cooldowns and how to import them, so he recorded how he actually sets up his team on WowUtils for the new tier: the guild group, the healer CD plans, and getting it all into Northern Sky Raid Tools. It works the same whether you run a guild or a pug community.
The chapters below jump straight to the part you need:

What the video covers
- Setting up your group. Creating a community for a guild or pug team, inviting members, and letting raiders claim their own characters.
- Building healer cooldown plans. Making a CD plan from your setup, using heatmaps to find where top teams cast their cooldowns, and giving healers edit access so they learn the fight while tweaking their own rows.
- Importing comps that match yours. Filtering Warcraft Logs by your exact healer comp, mapping their roster onto yours, and pulling in just the raid CDs, mobility, and defensives.
- Personal notes and packs. Turning a top log into a personal cooldown note, and grabbing shared plans from the Cooldown Library.
- Getting it in-game. Copying shared and personal notes into Northern Sky Raid Tools.
Video walkthroughs now have their own home in the Help Center: Video Guides, next to the written guide for each step.
Thanks to Cairnsy for putting this together. If you make a video about WowUtils, share it in Discord and we will feature it too.
