Baldio is the Discord bot for WowUtils raid groups. It posts your calendar events and raid setups into your Discord channels, raiders set their signup status right on the post, and officers can subscribe a channel to a running feed of group activity.

How do I add Baldio to my Discord server?

Open your group hub on Viserio Cooldowns, go to the Integrations tab, and use the invite link in the Discord Bot section. Once the bot is in your server, a couple of commands finish the setup.

Who can use the commands?

You decide. An officer runs /server set-roles to pick an officer role and up to three raider roles, and the bot holds everyone to them. If no roles are set, everyone on the server can run commands.

Can one Discord server run more than one raid team?

Yes. /channel bind-group routes a channel to a specific group, so each team can have its own channels for events, setups, and activity, all inside one server.

What permissions does it need?

Send Messages in the channels you want it to post in, and Mention Roles if you want it to ping your raid team when a post goes up. Setup commands need the Manage Server permission on your side.
