Manage Roster
Navigate to the Roster page (found in the top bar) to manage your current roster. You can import a roster from Wowaudit using the API key.
Tap to Play
Groups
You can also group your players by clicking on your profile in the bottom of the sidebar. Groups allow you to share notes across multiple people, whether you're a viewer, editor or admin from the group.
Tap to Play
Note sharing with the group
Shared notes get grouped together in your /edit versions when you use the dropdown menu for that group. Notes created here inherit the given raid/difficulty setting of the Group.

Cooldown Assignments

Assign Spells

Assigning Spells
Left-click a free spot on a player spell row to assign a spell.
Move Spell
Left-click and drag a spell to move it to a different spot on the timeline. While dragging you get insight into where other boss and player spells are arranged.

Removing Spell
Right-click the spell icon to remove it.

Spell Cooldown
Indicated by a faded highlight on the right of your assigned spell.
On the left of the spell is a border, that shows the cooldown in the opposite way, helping you assign things backwards on the timeline.
If a spell is assigend before it's ready (and highlgihted red) it is just a warning that you might have assigned it too early. Some cooldowns have variable cooldowns or talents that can reduce the cooldown, making you want to assign it earlier. Which is fine.

Assign Text

Assing Notes/Text
In the Visiblity tab you can enable the Notes row. Assigning a Note will give a text warning instead of a spellicon warning.
The Note warning will also trigger Text To Speech(TTS) in game. This is an incredibly powerful and versatile tool, used for personal reminders for single players, or raidcalls for everyone in the raid.

Assign to Group

Group Assignments
Above your players in the timeline are groups such as Everyone, Tanks, Healers etc. Assigning a Spell or Note here will warn everyone from that category. Especially the Everyone tag is incredibly powerful for assigning personal defensives, healthpots or Notes.

Add Target Glow

Assigning Target Glows
Alt+Right-click a spell to assign one or more targets to a spell. This will trigger a raidframe glow on the targets for the duration of the kaze WA display(your warn duration).
Use this for external defensives, powerinfusion or to highlight important players in key moments of the fight.
Tap to Play

Timeline Navigation

Zoom

Zoom In/Out
Left-click and drag to highlight a section of the timeline, or use the phase zoom buttons in the top right.
Reset Zoom
Shift+Z, or use the zoom controls in the top-right corner.
Phase Zoom
For some bosses, you can also set your zoom to individual phases with a quick click.

Note that the spell cooldown highlight doesn't properly know if a spell is assigned outside of the zoom window.

Bosses and Phases

Tap to Play
Boss Timeline
Displays the boss casts of the fight. Hover over a cast for an icon, time stamp, or wave name.
Boss Phases
Vertical red/blue line indicates phases of a boss where timers will calculate from.

That means that a spell assigned x seconds after a phase line, will have a maximum of an x second long warn duration.
Adjust Phases
Red bars are adjustable phases. Click and drag to adjust them. This is for bosses where pushtimers vary with dps or other variables.
If a boss can have skipped phases, you may see the option to hold Shift to add an extra phase.
You do not need to adjust phases for timers to work in game. The only thing they change is the timers you plan for in the web app. A spell assigned X seconds into a phase will always show up in game X seconds into the phase.
Pay attention to how your assigned spells move when adjusting a phase. They may need adjustments afterwards.

Filters

Tap to Play
Filters for visible spells
Found in in the black bar below the boss track
Toolbar Filter Buttons
The main toolbar contains several filter buttons for quick timeline control:

Spell Filters - Global filter to toggle which spell categories (Major cds, Minor cds, Group DR, etc.) are visible for all players.

Individual Player Spell Filters - Found by Clicking the player name in the left of the timeline. Filter to toggle which spells are visible for a specific player, overwriting your global spell filters.

Keep Assigned - When enabled, any spell row with assignments stays visible regardless of other filter settings.

Default/Condensed/Assigned - View mode toggles: Default view, Condensed timelines, or Only show assigned spells from toggled filters.

Show all/Hide all - Quick buttons to show or hide all spell timelines for all players.

Save work and Load MRT

MRT Note
Click the Make MRT Note button to copy it to your clipboard. Paste the note into your MRT Note in-game.
MRT Note Settings
The cogwheel next to it offers some customisation to the MRT note output. Copy the note for select players, filter out the static timer, add timers for specific boss spells and much more.
Save Changes
It's important that you remember to save your work. It is only saved once you click the Save button next to the Copy Mrt button.

Share Notes and Collaborative Editing?

Choose from the top. Others can see your note, but not edit it. Share Editing Rights
In the Access tab in the sidebar you can change who can edit and view the note.
Public: Anyone with the link can View, but not Edit.
Private: Just you can view and edit
Group: Anyone with group edit rank can edit, and anyone with view rank can view.
The Owner or Admin of a Group can set the ranks of others to Edit/View in the Group section found under your Profile image in the bottom left. Boss notes created under a group inherit that group's access settings. A private note can be moved to agroup in the Access tab
Collaborative Editing?
While multiple players can have a note open at the same time, you can not see others changes until they saved, and you reloaded page.
This also means that if two people(A and B) edit at the same time, and then A clicks save right before B clicks save, the note of B will overwrite the save of A.
We want to add fully collaborative editing like you know it from Google Sheets. But it is a major project and requires a lot of work to get right.
Share assignments with Import/Export
You can also share your entire assigend cooldowns for other players to import and fit to their roster in their own cooldown planner. You find the Import/Export buttons in the top right of the cooldown planner, below the boss track.
